National Park Drents-Friese Wold, in size the second largest nature reserve in The Netherlands.
The Fochteloërveen, the only remaining high peat bog land in The Netherlands and breeding ground to the very rare crane. Therefore the Fochteloërveen is also called 'The Dutch Crane Resort'.
